Store in a plastic bag in the fridge for up to a week.
To freeze, blanch (dip briefly in boiling water) and pack into single-recipe-size containers.
Use as a salad green, or add to a soup or stir-fry at the end of the recipe, to wilt briefly.
The sweet, mild berries can go on salad or be used as any other berry.
