Andy's Caesar Salad Dressing
This is great with any green, from massaged kale to iceberg lettuce
2 small garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon anchovy paste
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup mayonnaise
½ cup shredded parmesan
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
In a medium bowl, whisk together the garlic, anchovy paste, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Add the mayo, cheese, salt and pepper and whisk until combined.
Keeps in the fridge for a few days. Cut the recipe in half if you want a smaller amount.
